Vendor Registration Form

*Event Booth Sign-Up
If you would like to participate in the Unionville Festival... 

you can reserve a booth for $35 or no charge if you are a non-profit* (see below for instructions). 


*Participation for tables is limited to Farmington / Unionville business ONLY.

You will be provided with a 2 ½’ x 8’ table and two chairs. There is room for easels or posters, but please bring your own means to hang them. Please bring your own table covering and tent.  Set up time is between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. The festival runs from 12:00 to 4:30 p.m.

We ask that you use the online form below 
and pay by major credit card. 
If you prefer to pay by check, please print the online application and mail it with your check 
made payable to:
