Unionville Festival Rides Again

9/22/2013

Fall in New England has arrived and we can surely agree for all of us lucky to live in this beautiful area this is one of the best times of year. The apples are ready, the leaves are turning, the corn mazes are ready, and air is crisp and cool again. It does not get much better than this.

For UVIA  - It means we are all set for a wonderful day this coming Sunday, September 29th for the 8th Annual Unionville Festival. All your favorite Unionville things to do, eat and see and enjoy and some new surprises will be on display from noon to 5 PM downtown.  We are expecting a great turnout so make sure to come early and bring the whole family down for all the festivities. The train and pony ride will be back by popular demand. Lot's of new business booths too. Check out the event listing on this page for more details.

This year we are also pleased to welcome the newly formed Bicycle Friendly Farmington group as they put on their first Family Fun Bicycle Ride at 3 PM. Bring your bikes and participate in this fitness friendly event.

Thanks to all the sponsors who step up each year to make this such a success. Now we are just counting on mother nature to give us a great day. See you Sunday....
